Today was a good friend of Kevin's Wedding. The wedding was held back in Custer State Park by the water. We knew we were in store for a lovely wedding and reception. And, it was just that. We extended our road trip from Colorado to South Dakota just to be present at their lovely event. Rick, the Groom, lost his first (late) wife years ago. He rekindled his friendship (and later love) for his high school/college sweetheart. It is such a love story... really! We are very honored to have been part of this memorable event and reunion of two hearts (and we were honored that Rick chose us to be one of his guests - as the guest list was quite limited to his closest friends and family!).
Khloe was definitely the center of attention and spark of the night (on the dance floor). Who knew our little darling could cut a rug and move like that on the dance floor. Most of the evening, she had crowds around her encouraging her to dance her little heart out. Could this mean she is going to be an entertainer in the near future... Hmm... We'll just have to wait and see! We all enjoyed dancing with friends and other guests at the wedding. The reception was so much fun... and didn't end any time soon. Ha! Peyton was a bit timid on the dance floor. All the older girls were trying to get him to dance with him to loosen up on the dancefloor and dance with them. They thought he was so cute. Of course, I managed to snap pictures of him in the process! It was a great evening and it continued all evening! Afterwards, we headed back to our hotel.
