Manitou Cliff Dwellings - Manitou Springs, CO:
We woke up and took an early morning adventure to explore the habitat and cliff dwellings of the Manitou Indians... outside of Colorado Springs in Manitou Springs. How interesting to see the hard work and small living quarters of our ancestors. The mounts of clay and in depth architecture of clay made for such a great place for them to live. It was great to see. Khloe and Peyton enjoyed playing in the small dwellings. :)

These are such amazing structures, aren't they?! Indians were not little people, so for them to have lived in these multi-level shallow dwellings... just wow! Another great experience, indeed!
